How does the booking workflow work?
Advertisers add desired podcasts and YouTube channels to their campaign cart, propose dates and budgets, and submit the brief. Creators review the offer, submit video drafts in the Draft Review Room, and once green-lit, publish live.
Finnish Tax, VAT & Self-Billing (AVL 209 e §)
How does invoicing work for Finnish creators?
Podpuri utilizes Finnish VAT Act (AVL 209 e §) Self-Billing. When you accept the digital agreement and configure your Tax Profile (/user/tax-profile), Podpuri automatically generates official self-billed invoices (PP-YYYY-NNNN) with all required tax elements on your behalf upon verified deliverable completion.
What if I am a Light-Entrepreneur (Kevytyrittäjä) or Small Business?
If you use invoicing services like Ukko.fi, Free.fi, or OP Kevytyrittäjä, or operate under the small-business threshold (AVL 3 § 0% VAT), simply select "0% VAT" in your Tax Profile and enter your service Business ID. Invoices are generated at 0% VAT without manual bureaucracy.
What VAT rate applies to registered Finnish companies?
Registered Finnish companies (Oy, Toiminimi) on the VAT register are invoiced with the standard Finnish VAT rate of 25.5%.

How does YouTube deliverable verification work?
Podpuri scans the YouTube Data API to confirm the published video is public, contains the agreed sponsor UTM tracking link and promo code in the video description, and records tamper-proof SHA-256 evidence snapshots.
When are payouts released from Escrow?
Once deliverable verification succeeds, funds held in platform escrow enter a standard 48-hour dispute inspection window, after which they are automatically transferred to the creator via Stripe Connect Express.
